Marjorie Jean Darrington, 86, Wauneta NE, formerly of Colorado Springs,
passed away on Thursday October 21, 2021 of natural causes at Wauneta Care
& Therapy, Wauneta NE
Viewing: 1:30 pm Tuesday Nov 9, 2021 followed by
Service: 2 pm at Blunt Mortuary 2229 W Colorado Avenue, Colorado Springs, Co 80904.
Pastor Gary Hunt officiating.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Colorado Springs.
Marjorie was born on March 18, 1934 to Elmer W. and Gertrude M. Darrington in
Colorado Springs, Co. She attended Christian Schools and the Peoples College in Colorado Springs and graduated in 1960 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and history, a double major.
Marjorie was a lifelong seamstress, teacher, nutrition and health advocate. She was active in helping people improve their health thru her Neo-Life GNLD business.
She is preceded in death by her parents Gertrude M and Elmer W Darrington, her brother Donald G Darrington & wife Edith, and nephew Larry L Darrington Sr
She is survived by 3 nieces, her brother Donald's daughters; Phoebe Worley, Donna Shaw, and Judy Rogers, also several great nieces & nephews & a few great-greats.

Memorial services locally will be held, Friday, November 5, 2021, 2:00 P.M. (MT) at Wauneta God’s Missionary Church, Wauneta, Nebraska with Pastor Gary Hunt officiating
