Marleen Rae Coleman was born November 17, 1948 in Scottsbluff, NE to Paul and Barbara Schultz. Grew up in the Scottsbluff area until age 12 when she was adopted by Arthur and Loraine Schultze and moved to Lexington, NE. Marleen attended school in Lexington, graduating from Lexington High School. After High School, Marleen spent many years living between the Goodland and Bird City, Kansas communities while raising her girls.
Marleen loved cooking and baking beyond all hobbies. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing, crafting and diamond painting. She had a keen eye for detail and enjoyed keeping her hands busy. She was a loving and caring mother.
Marleen was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Cathy Policky and brother, Terry Miller.
She is survived by her daughters; Shana (Scott) Sherman of Benkelman, NE, Dawnn (Jim) Cheng of Mill Creek, WA,; 4 grandchildren, Jakobi Gallington, Cody Boon, Kathryn Cheng, and Ashlyn Cheng; her sisters, Anne (Doug) Kersten, and Sharleen Becker; and extended family and close friends.
