Nelden D Hewitt

Nelden Dean Hewitt was born November 22, 1936, in Palisade, Nebraska, to Clarence H. and Anna (Cunningham) Hewitt.
Nelden grew up in Chase County, Nebraska, and graduated from Wauneta High School in 1954.
After high school, Nelden joined the U.S. Army where he began a 20 year military career.
On December 14, 1956, Nelden married Kinue Maeda in Hokkiado, Japan.
Nelden enjoyed fishing and traveling in his RV and he especially loved spending time with his family.
Nelden passed away, Tuesday, July 6th, 2021, at the Bonney Lake Comfort Care Center in Bonney Lake, WA. Nelden was 84 years of age.
Survivors include:
Son: Lee Hewitt and wife Tina.
Grandchildren: Fontelle Osborn and husband Donovan, and Dean Hewitt.
Great-grandchildren: Hadley Fontelle and Braxton Carl Curtiss Osborn.
Graveside services will be held Friday, July 16, 2021, 11:00 a.m. (MT), at Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta, Nebraska, (Full Military Honors) with Pastor J.R. Kline officiating.
