Rodger married Lucinda Ann Dahlberg in November of 1962. To this union one son was born: Rodger Crow Jr.
Rodger was employed at Martin Marietta Company for many years before moving back to Nebraska to farm. He eventually began working at Grandview in Stratton, Nebraska with the senior meal program.
